Step#1: Welcome Screen

This is the Welcome screen. When you open the software click on this screen or hit your enter key.

Step#2: View the Add Screen

When the FRS entry screen appears, this is where you add and edit your applicants. Click on Add Requests.

Step#3: Select the Desired Search

Enter the applicants information. In the check boxes below left, you will check the desired reports.

At this point you can choose "save" and you will have ordered a county felony and misdemeanor for the address of the applicant.

If you require additional county or state criminal reports you will click on the button at the bottom, Criminal/Civil Search Criteria.

Step#4: Transmit Your Search Request
When you are completed adding applicants you will click on the Setup and Utilities Tab. Here you will choose the Modem Dialing and Setup.

Step#5: Transmit Your Search Request

Click the Dial button. Your requests are sent to Global Information Network. Any completed reports will automatically download to you every time you dial in.

Once you communicate your request, a "Communication Summary" screen (not illustrated to save loading time) will appear to confirm the successful submission of your request.

Step#6: Request Filter

Use the friendly filtering system to view only the reports you require.

Step#7: Help Screens

Easy to understand help screen. Just click on the yellow ? on the main entry screen.

Of course, there is a great deal more to the GIN Remote software in addition to the many searches that can be performed. If you would like to see more of the program, we suggest you request a demo copy to be sent to you by US Mail. You can also call and order a demo copy.
